This Exoskeleton Makes It Easier to Carry Heavy Weight

— January 27, 2024 — Tech
Mehler Protection, a German company that specializes in a range of products that are designed to offer protection to law enforcement, security and military personnel, has launched a brand new armor skeleton that is designed to make it easier for soldiers to go about hauling large loads without compromising on protective capabilities.

The 'ExoM Up-Armoured Exoskeleton,' which was created as part of a partnership effort that also involved Mawashi Science & Technology and the Groupe d'Intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale, makes use of high-quality ballistic protection which ensures that the exoskeleton can handle being struck by AK-47 rounds from distances of 10 meters.

This particular armored exoskeleton uses titanium framing to ease the load on shoulders, while still allowing virtually full range of motion.
