Midrange Gaming Monitors

HyperX Launched the 'Armada 27' 1440p, 165Hz Gaming Monitor

'HyperX,' the gaming peripherals company, announced the release of its first-ever gaming monitor titled the 'Armada 27.' This is a 27-inch gaming monitor intended to target the midrange price point. As such, the monitor boasts a resolution of 1440p and a refresh rate of 165Hz, which is more than enough for most gamers and office workers alike.

The Armada 27 features support for G-Sync VRR technology, meaning it will have less screen tearing even at unstable framerates, assuming the user is running an NVIDIA-branded graphics card. Additionally, the Armada 27 is comfortable to look at with a peak brightness of 400 nits and a wide, 178-degree viewing angle.

Lastly, HyperX's first gaming monitor is easy to set up and adjust, as it comes with a premium dual-mounting arm that can support up to 20-pounds and displays up to 32-inches wide, meaning it is easy to purchase and organize multiple monitors.
