Inclusive Collaborative Sportswear

AriesArise and New Balance Spend Years Creating a Collection

AriesArise and New Balance unveil its latest collaborative collection that highlights two iterations of the 'Made in England 991' sneaker with apparel to match. The accompanying clothing features tees, socks, sweatpants, and sweaters. The notable design element that is seen throughout the capsule is the word "unbalanced" throughout the pieces.

The overall inspiration behind the capsule is to capture the time when sportswear became recognized as fashion. The reoccurring term 'unbalanced' was rooted in the design process, perfectly capturing the AriesArise graphic font. It also embodies the slogan of promoting inclusivity and unpredictability. This is also in a correlation to the message that sportswear evolving into casual fashion was originally unexpected. In addition to the collection, there is a pop-up in London beginning October 25th showcasing images by six different visual artists as they each use images captured by David Sims.
