Quadpack introduced the Arena Glass Refill Jar, a glass version of its existing Arena refill system designed for prestige beauty and cosmeceutical brands. Retaining the collection's wide silhouette, ergonomic design and refillable format, the updated packaging pairs a premium glass outer jar with a reusable inner refill system.
Manufactured in Europe, the 60 ml outer jar contains 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) glass and features a thick base for a more luxurious look and feel. The inner cup and cap are made from monomaterial polypropylene with at least 30% PCR content, while the 50 ml refill is designed to minimise overpackaging by reducing the space between the inner and outer jars. The packaging also supports induction heat sealing during filling and offers a range of decoration options for different brand aesthetics.
The Arena Glass Refill Jar combines premium packaging with refillable design, helping beauty brands reduce material use without sacrificing a high-end presentation. The launch reflects continued demand for luxury packaging solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality and sustainability.
