Luxury AR Shopping Images

Burberry Partnered with Google to Provide Mobile AR Experiences

Burberry launched an AR shopping feature through a partnership with Google. The AR shopping feature can be accessed through mobile google searchers when consumers search for either a 'Burberry Black TB bag,' or the 'Arthur Check Sneaker.' After users complete a google search they can see images of the product in 3D that are placed overtop of the user's environment.

Currently, the AR shopping tools are only available to those in the United States and the United Kingdom.

The AR images provide new avenues for luxury consumers to interact with products. Additionally, the AR images could get a broader number of people interested in the company's products as the AR images are easily accessible to everyone in the United States or the United Kingdom.
