The 'Apps & Education' infographic is an interesting take on modern education. While apps can be used to procrastinate and deter working, when used properly, apps can be a great asset for students.
As the infographic suggests, a wide variety of not-necessarily-educational apps such as Twitter, Maps and more can make a student's college or university experience much richer. Furthermore, when students utilize their Macs, iPhones or iPads (or equivalent non-Apple products) to download textbooks, they receive a better price on these items and avoid carrying around heavy books.
MyPocketProf and Evernote are only some of the ways that students can interact with their professors, back up study notes and more.
