In early May Bugaboo released an Andy Warhol stroller, and due to its popularity, there are now two more Warhol-inspired fabric designs for baby carriages that parents can get excited about.
One of the designs is inspired by 'Happy Bug Day,' a Warhol piece from 1954. Although this cover is made in a dark fabric, it's designed with colorful bugs to add a whimsical and happy tone for kids. This particular carriage cover can fit a few of the Bugaboo strollers such as the Bugaboo Donkey and the Bugaboo Sun Canopy.
Contrasting the darker design is a fabric that replicates Warhol's 'So Many Stars,' and to provide a younger generation with an appreciation for pop art, the book is included with this stroller.
Since the babies that sit in the Andy Warhol stroller are growing up in a digital age, there is also an app version of the book for kids to interact with the art, and the money made from the app sales goes to The Andy Warhol Foundation.
