Cushioned Performance Sneakers

adidas' AlphaBOUNCE Shoes Have a Midsole of Elastic Foam

The adidas AlphaBOUNCE is one of the newest performance running shoes from the athletic brand that uses some of the most cutting-edge technology out there to provide unparalleled comfort.

The sneakers were designed with the ARAMIS Digital Image Correlation System (which NASA uses to inspect the exterior of the space shuttle), which means that the optical measurement system was leveraged to create a model based on the most natural movements of the foot.

The final shoe design features a FORGEDMESH upper, which is made from a single, seamless piece of material in order to prevent rubbing and blistering. The performance sneakers also boast a BOUNCE midsole made from elastic EVA foam, which is known to provide extra cushioned support and as its name suggests, bounce.
