Mark “Gonz” Gonzales has lent his creative expertise to adidas for another silhouette of the ‘Aloha Super,’ a low-cut model that resembles the ‘Superstar.’ The new version, ‘One Black Eye,’ showcases Gonz's creativity by covering the shoe in a ‘Light Orchid’ suede, drawing inspiration from his interest in drawing and painting. The Three Stripes logo rests on the medial area in black leather, while Gonzales’ Shmoofoil emblem is embroidered on the tongue. The pair rests on a clean set of gum sole units, with cursive details from Gonzales resting on the heels.
The Aloha Super in ‘One Black Eye’ will launch on adidas and select retailers starting on Valentine’s Day. The sneaker retails for $100 USD.
