The North Face has introduced the Allyship in the Outdoors course, a digital tool aiming to reshape perspectives on allyship and racial inclusion within organizations and communities. Developed as part of the Explore Fund Council's initiatives to break down systemic barriers, the program focuses on engaging, educating, and supporting positive action. The Allyship in the Outdoors course will "help people [...] understand the issues faced by People of Colour in the outdoors, [as well as] the barriers which create them and ultimately how allyship can be a force for positive change."

The course features insights from The North Face Athlete and Explorer Team members who share their real experiences of racial exclusion. The Allyship in the Outdoors is offered as a free resource.
