For the first time, Air France is offering guests traveling in its La Première cabin a festive, alcohol-free sparkling rosé wine by French Bloom. Light, low in calories and certified organic, French Bloom’s 0.0% alcohol sparkling rosé is an all-natural ingredient blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, dealcoholized. “The nose is remarkably complex, revealing enchanting notes of pomegranate and verbena," describes Xavier Thuizat, Air France’s head sommelier.
Sipping a bubbly beverage is one of life's most universally recognized celebration rituals, yet as more adults change their relationship with alcohol without stepping back from the moment, the need for non-alcoholic alternatives that carry the same ceremony, the same fizz, and the same sense of occasion has never been more pressing—and Air France now offers this experience in the skies as an aperitif or meal accompaniment.
