SuperMeat and 'Ajinomoto' Will Scale Cultivated Meat Production

'SuperMeat,' the Isreal-based manufacturer of cell cultivated meats, has entered into a partnership with 'Ajinomoto,' a large food manufacturer in Japan. Together, these two businesses will leverage their respective expertise to create a scalable, streamlined manufacturing process for cultivated meats.

SuperMeat has a patented, proprietary solution for cultivating meat from cells, while Ajinomoto has extensive expertise in large-scale food manufacturing and business streamlining. Additionally, Ajinomoto has put forward a large investment in SuperMeat to accelerate these processes. SuperMeat was selected due to the brand's sustainability and the belief that its products taste near identical to traditional meats.
