The AirBorn Baby Seat Keeps Parent and Child Protected During Flight

 - Nov 14, 2013
Anyone who has ever attempted to travel by jet with an infant will be all too familiar with the shortcomings of the current system. It certainly seems that no progress has been made towards ameliorating comfort and safety in the past generation. The AirBorn Baby Seat proposes an improvement for both kid and parent in the form of an adapted car seat that can be used in several ways.

In one position, the little chair can be fixed to the bulkhead wall in front of the first seat in a given cabin row. There is an option to lower it to the floor from here. The AirBorn Baby Seat can also be fixed across mom or dad's armrests or seat belted into its own chair. In an emergency situation, airbags can be inflated for shock absorption and to turn the contraption into a life jacket.
