FASTer Way added 'Lumi,' an AI guide within its fitness and nutrition app that turns meal, workout and water logs into on-the-spot training, meal and progress suggestions. It works alongside the brand's coach-led program instead of replacing it, providing automated support while coaches remain involved.
Lumi can identify a meal from a photo or a short text description, estimate macros and record it without manual searching. The average meal logs in under 30 seconds, and the system can also build recipes and shopping lists based on a member's dietary preferences and macro goals. That brings the app closer to a full nutrition workflow, not just a tracking tool.
With more than 3,700 coaches and 585,000 members, Lumi gives FASTer Way a way to scale personalization without losing the human layer. The mix of AI logging and coaching raises the bar for digital fat-loss apps by making routine tracking less tedious and more actionable.
