Promealplan Boasts an AI-Embedded Assistant Called Yuzu
Promealplan has launched a suite of artificial intelligence-powered features for nutrition coaches, personal trainers, and dietitians. The rollout includes an embedded AI assistant called Yuzu that answers questions about platform features and client meal plan setup without coaches leaving their workflow. Promealplan’s innovation also includes AI recipe image generation, producing professional food photography that matches each recipe. This replaces stock images or manual photoshoots.
Promealplan claims that version seven of its meal plan algorithm delivers more accurate macronutrient and calorie targeting with improved weekly variety while handling over 200 allergy and dietary combinations. The platform can generate complete plans in under ten minutes, and a new barcode scanner allows coaches to add custom foods by scanning product packaging directly from their phone camera. Promealplan’s product is also supplemented by integration with the USDA FoodData Central database for expanded United States food coverage.
Additional updates to Promealplan’s product include macro composition filters for swapping meals based on protein, carbohydrate, and fat profiles, a journal view showing how a client's actual intake compares to planned targets, an expanded library of over 1,600 fonts for branded PDFs, and ready-made educational nutrition guides that coaches can share with clients.
