Din Tai Fung, the Michelin-awarded restaurant group, introduces the 'After Dark' experience, an exclusive late-night dining concept available only at its New York City location. The experience offers guests an opportunity to enjoy the restaurant’s signature cuisine in a more intimate, evening setting accompanied by a curated cocktail program.
The launch features a collaboration with Overstory, the New York bar recognized among the World’s 50 Best Bars. Together, the two institutions present 'Curtain Call,' a limited-edition cocktail crafted specifically for After Dark, which will be available for two months throughout the experience.. The drink combines "tequila, grapefruit, lime, jasmine, soda, and Szechuan salt, resulting in a layered and contemporary flavor profile."
Starting October 21st, After Dark will pair a condensed selection of Din Tai Fung’s classic dishes with exclusive cocktails and a refined bar menu, highlighting the distinctiveness and time-limited nature of this late-night experience.
