Aethos London is a new hotel and members’ club that opened in October in east London’s Shoreditch district. The project occupies the former Nobu Hotel building on Willow Street and includes 164 guest rooms alongside a members’ space positioned at the center of the property. The development combines accommodation with coworking areas, dining, wellness facilities, and programmed events structured around food, social gatherings, wellness activities, and off-site experiences. Cultural programming is planned to take place both within the building and across the surrounding neighborhood.
The interior design is led by Barcelona-based Astet Studio, with materials including terracotta, wood, and brushed metals, and the retention of existing architectural elements. The property includes a Japanese dining concept, a spa, and a fitness studio focused on training and recovery. Aethos London Shoreditch will soft open on October 1, with additional member spaces scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
