The Hisense A10 is an Android Smartphone with a Detachable Display

The Hisense A10 is an upcoming Android smartphone that pairs a 6.13-inch E Ink touchscreen with an optional detachable color LCD display that magnetically attaches to the rear of the device. The paper-like primary screen is designed for reading and note-taking, while the removable secondary display provides a conventional color interface when needed. The smartphone is expected to support 5G connectivity and run Android 16. Reports also suggest the detachable display will be sold separately, allowing users to purchase only the E Ink handset if preferred.

The phone is rumored to use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and is expected to start at approximately $590 for the base model without the detachable display. The modular design gives users the flexibility to remove the secondary screen when it is not required, reducing the device to a dedicated E Ink smartphone.
