Tesla’s European-spec Semi is an all-electric heavy truck offering up to 550 km of range at a fully loaded 40 tonnes and supporting Megacharger charging up to 800 kW. The truck has a 9,100 kg curb weight, a 40-tonne gross combination weight and an ePTO rated at up to 25 kW.
Energy consumption is listed at 1 kWh per kilometer, while Tesla says the Megacharger can recover about 60% of range in 30 minutes. Compared with the U.S. Long Range Semi, the European model has a lower stated range and lighter curb weight, suggesting a different battery configuration tailored to regional requirements.
For fleet operators, the 550 km range figure and 800 kW charging capability help define practical route and turnaround planning for long-haul use. Tesla has not yet announced European pricing or an on-sale date, with the truck set for a formal European launch at IAA Transportation in Hannover.
