'The Splat' is a 90s cartoon channel that will feature old shows that the Millennial generation grew up on -- feeding the nostalgic appetite of a generation.

Iconic television network Nickelodeon has decided that it is bringing back nostalgic 90s cartoon programming through a new platform.
