Associate professor Ishino Youzirou of the Nagoya Institute of Technology in Japan has created a 3D camera. Composed of 158 lenses arranged in an aluminum arc, this 3D camera holds the Guinness World Record as the camera with the largest amount of lenses in the world.
Making it into the Guinness World Records was not the intent of associate professor Youzirou and his team, however. The 3D camera was developed to capture images of irregular flames.
