Results-Driven Fitness Programs

BODi Introduces the 30 Day Booty Boost Program

BODi — the proactive wellness company formerly known as Beachbody — has unveiled 30 Day Booty Boost. This results-driven fitness program is led by new Super Trainer Chace Collett. It combines precision strength training, targeted supplementation, and accessible nutrition guidance into a streamlined 30-day system designed to firm, lift, and shape the glutes.

BODi’s 30 Day Booty Boost program utilizes the company's proprietary Glute Activation Method, which specifically targets all three glute muscles — the maximus, medius, and minimus — through a combination of activation exercises, compound lifts, and isolation work. The program seeks to address the common misconception that endless squats and lunges are sufficient for glute development when those exercises often place more demand on the thighs.

The 30 Day Booty Boost program structure includes 30- to 50-minute workouts six days per week with an optional recovery day. The fitness routine incorporates upper-body, total-body, and cardio-core training to achieve a balanced physique without excessive thigh bulk. It requires equipment such as a bench, dumbbells, Power Loops, and Strength Slides.
