Floral-Inspired Spring Menus

Peet's Coffee Revealed Its Limited-Time 2026 Spring Menu

The coffee company Peet's Coffee announced its limited-time 2026 Spring menu, which draws consumer attention with its line of floral and flavor-forward beverages — from ube-infused lattes, lavender vanilla combinations, and matcha-based drinks to the return of the coffee-filled Popping Pearls and new warm food items.

Peet's Coffee's seasonal 2026 Spring menu includes the Iced Ube Matcha Latte with a plush ube cream top, the Lavender Vanilla Latte, the Lavender Vanilla Matcha Latte, and the Matcha Pineapple Burst, with a special Rosy Matcha Latte launching later in the season for Mother's Day. Peet's coffee-filled Popping Pearls are also back by popular demand, adding "playfulness to any iced beverage."

For food, the company highlights the returning fan-favorite Almond Croissant and the "sweet, smoky, tangy Elote Taco with tender pops of roasted corn, scrambled eggs, bacon, toppings, and a gentle kick."
