Kentucky is home to horses, bourbon and of course (sorry PETA fans) KFC. The state has also produced some of the most beloved people (Muhammad Ali, Johnny Depp, George Clooney) and products (Louisville Slugger baseball bats, Bourbon, torn and tattered jeans) in the world.
From outrageous Derby hats to cancer-fighting baseball bats, this cluster is an homage to all things “Kin-tuk.”
Implications - It has become a goal for businesses to optimize on certain locations, in an attempt to associate their product with a famous and reputable area that would attract both individuals within the local area and around the world. Doing so allows their products to become more credible as it can then be related to other respectable companies and individuals.
