City Barbeque Just Unveiled a New Texas Pastrami Reuben

City Barbeque is going all in on pastrami this month with the debut of its new Texas Pastrami Reuben sandwich and Loaded Pastrami Fries.

If you've never had one before, a pastrami sandwich usually consists of sliced pastrami that's been heated on a flattop grill or pan, and served on rye bread with mustard and Kosher dill pickles. Now, City Barbeque is putting a Texas twist on this New York City deli classic by pairing cured pastrami that's been smoked on-site over local hickory, with creamy coleslaw, crisp pickles, and Texas aioli on a toasted bun. The same hickory-smoked pastrami is also paired with fries, Texas aioli, and chopped pickles as part of the new Loaded Pastrami Fries dish.

Both the new Texas Pastrami Reuben and Loaded Pastrami Fries are available now for dine-in, carryout, curbside pickup, delivery, or drive-thru.
