To celebrate the opening of a new Sweetgreen location on NYC's Lower East Side, the mission-driven restaurant brand is collaborating with the iconic Katz’s Delicatessen to serve up the Sweetgreen x Katz’s Deli LES Pastrami Salad for a limited time. During set hours on October 18th, Katz’s Delicatessen will bring its signature carving station to Sweetgreen’s new location to share hot, fresh slices of famous pastrami atop salad. This salad builds on a base of romaine and arugula with pickled red onion, tomatoes, fresh dill, rye breadcrumbs, a Katz’s house-cured pickle spear, plus Sweetgreen’s housemade Thousand Island dressing.
