The Tacodeli Al Pastor Taco has been launched by the brand as its latest Special of the Moment that's crafted with authenticity, quality and flavor in the spotlight to work well for today's discerning consumers.
The taco is available now at all participating locations and features organic pork marinated in the brand's house-made adobo before being cooked to perfection. The tacos are then topped with a jalapeño escabeche to incorporate just the right amount of spiciness to every bite. Priced at $5.50 each, the tacos are crafted as a nod to Mexico City-style al pastor.
Founder Roberto Espinosa spoke on the Tacodeli Al Pastor Taco saying, "Tacos al Pastor defines the taco conversation. I’m excited to bring back this Mexican standard to our Tacodeli menu. Our pastor is thinly sliced marinated organic pork in our house-made adobo, which we griddle and top with a jalapeño escabeche for a different take on the traditional garnish."
