The three spring-inspired cocktail recipes include the Highland Honeydew, the Speyside Strawberry, and the Golden Hour, each beverage utilizing the Glenfiddich 12-Year-Old, 14-Year-Old, and 15-Year-Old, respectively.
The Highland Honeydew combines fresh honeydew melon, basil, lime, and a sugar cube with the 12-Year-Old’s bright, fresh character. This results in a vibrant green serve intended for brunch or garden parties. The Speyside Strawberry, on the other hand, muddles fresh strawberries with the 14-Year-Old, Amaretto, lemon and orange juices, honey syrup, Angostura bitters, and egg white.
