SimpliiGood's Nuggets Feature 80% Fresh Spirulina & Prebiotic Fibers

Israeli food-tech innovator SimpliiGood crafts microalgae-based nuggets that are said to rival the taste and texture of chicken, all the while offering higher nutritional value and a reduced impact on the environment. The alternative meat used by the company is comprised of 80% fresh spirulina and prebiotic fibers, making it a nutritious option that's packed with whole proteins, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

"100 grams of SimpliiGood microalgae provides the equivalent of 200 grams of real chicken in protein load," claims Baruch Dach, SimpliiGood’s founder and CTO.

As consumers better align their eating choices with their values, they are bolstering their diets with forward-thinking protein sources. Microalgae-based foods, particularly those that make the most of spirulina, are increasingly prevalent due to their reputation as a high-value and eco-friendly alternative protein source.
