These Silk Protein products have been debuted by the Danone-owned brand as a series of dairy-inspired food items from the alt dairy brand that take aim at consumer demand for protein-rich foods with a plant-based twist.
The products include the Silk Protein Yogurt and Silk Protein Shakes, which are rolling out in the US this summer and build on the success of the existing Silk Protein products. The Silk Protein Yogurts comes in Vanilla, Strawberry, Mixed Berry and Peach varieties that have 13-grams of plant-based protein per serving and four-grams of fiber. The Silk Protein Shakes, on the other hand, have 30-grams of complete plant-based protein with five-grams of fiber and come in Vanilla and Chocolate flavors.
