Silk Protein Has 13-Grams of Protein Per Serving

Silk Protein has been launched by Danone as a high-protein take on the brand's original product and an evolution of its original protein-enhanced beverage.

The product has an almond milk recipe that has a reported eight-times more protein than the brand's original Silk beverage with 13-grams in each serving and 80-calories. The product also has three-grams of fiber, half the sugar content when compared to dairy milk and no artificial sweeteners. The beverage will come in Original and Chocolate flavors, which will roll out this month on a regional basis before a wider launch in 2026.

Silk Protein responds to a marketplace gap for plant-based alt milks with a protein-focused recipe and is positioned as a versatile beverage that will work well on its own, in smoothies and more.
