Sfoglini Intorduces Two New Pastas, 'Kale Penne' and 'Turmeric Reginetti'

Sfoglini, an artisanal food brand founded by Chef Steve Gonzalez, has launched two new pasta products, 'Kale Penne' and 'Turmeric Reginetti.'

The new Turmeric Reginetti arrives in a unique ribbon shape and features ruffled sides. According to the company, this specific pasta was made in collaboration with Diaspora Co., a boutique single-origin spice brand. Meanwhile, the Kale Penne is -- as its name suggests -- made from premium kale. As a result, it features a pleasant leafy green hue. In addition, the Kale Penne was featured in Sfoglini’s May Pasta of the Month Club.

The Kale Penne will beaviable to purchase online from the company's website this June, while the new Turmeric Reginetti won't go on sale to the public until September, though it will be featured as the brand's June Pasta of the Month.
