ROOST has opened ROOST Rainey in Austin, Texas, marking the brand’s first property in the state and its eighth location nationwide. Located within LV Collective’s Paseo development at 80 Rainey Street, the opening represents a continued phase of expansion.

The property advances ROOST’s hybrid model, which combines boutique hotel services with the livability of fully furnished residential accommodations. ROOST Rainey includes "59 apartment-style units ranging from studios to four-bedroom layouts, each featuring full kitchens, in-unit laundry, curated vintage furnishings, and premium coffee equipment." Guests also have access to Paseo’s shared amenities, including a lake-view pool deck with cabanas and bar service, wellness and fitness facilities, saunas, cold plunges, and coworking spaces.

Additionally, interior design was developed in collaboration with LV Collective and Method Co., reflecting the cultural character of the Rainey Street Historic District. The property also integrates on-site dining, creative programming, and sustainability initiatives targeting LEED Silver certification.
