Marking its seventy-fifth anniversary, Hornitos Tequila has announced the release of a Reserve Line. The range consists of two new varieties — a Cristalino Reserve and an Añejo Reserve.
Hornitos Tequila boasts its Reserve Line as a premium option. The expressions are composed entirely of Blue Weber agave. The Cristalino Reserve variety is an aged tequila that has undergone a filtration process to achieve a clear appearance, with its production involving a secondary finishing period in contact with vanilla beans. The Añejo Reserve, on the other hand, is characterized by an extensive aging process utilizing three different types of American Oak barrels sequentially — a method intended to produce flavor notes often associated with aged whiskeys.
