Qatar Airways Cargo Launched a Cutting-Edge Animal Centre

Qatar Airways Cargo is revolutionizing live animal transport with the unveiling of its cutting-edge Animal Centre and the relaunch of its Next Generation Live product. The airline, which transported over 550,000 animals in 2023, including 10,000 horses, is dedicated to animal welfare, and its newly opened Animal Centre boasts impressive features, including full temperature control across its 5,260 square meters.

The Animal Centre is home to 140 dog kennels, 40 cat kennels, and specialized areas for various species. Furthermore, Qatar Airways Cargo introduces enhancements like a Kennel Calculator Tool for optimal comfort, streamlined customer service procedures, and digitalized IATA LAR training for staff.
