Openbike by LOTS Design Wins Copenhagen Bike-Share Competition

Copenhagen is a bike-friendly city, which made it a natural location for an international bike design competition. The idea (which led to OPENbike) was to make a bike that lends itself to bike sharing. In different cities across Europe (and a select few in the US), it is becoming more and more popular to have communal bikes that can be rented.
