NotCo and LATAM Airlines Partnered to Offer Meat-Free Meals

NotCo and LATAM Airlines have announced a new partnership that will see the former brand's plant-based products being served in the Premium Econom cabin on domestic flights in Chile. The partnership will see six sandwich options including NotBurger, NotChicken and NotMila that are crafted with the brand's plant-based meats and a variety of additional ingredients. The menu update is part of a larger movement in the industry towards providing travelers with more plant-based options for consumers who don't eat meat, but also for flexitarians looking to try something new.

NotCo Manager in Chile Max Silva spoke on the NotCo and LATAM Airlines partnership saying, "Getting on board LATAM planes is simply a dream for the company. Bringing the revolution and innovation that so distinguishes us to a company of such magnitude as LATAM makes us feel that we are making an important change not only in the industry that concerns us, but beyond."
