The Garage for Car Collection by SA Lab is a vehicle storage project located within a forested site outside Moscow. The structure features a dark exterior volume with large glazed openings that reveal the interior space from the surrounding landscape. Inside, the garage incorporates polished concrete flooring, black surfaces, exposed structural elements, reflective finishes, and gallery-style lighting arranged around a collection of parked vehicles within an open-plan layout.
Floor-to-ceiling glazing extends across multiple sides of the structure, creating uninterrupted views between the wooded exterior environment and the enclosed interior. The garage uses a restrained material palette with dark finishes and minimal architectural detailing throughout the project. SA Lab developed the Garage for Car Collection as a standalone structure dedicated to vehicle storage, using a large-scale open interior and transparent exterior walls to frame the cars from multiple viewing angles inside the building.
