Studio Gutow Designs the Emerald Bay House in Laguna Beach

Studio Gutow is the mind behind the new minimal home dubbed Emerald Bay located in Laguna Beach, California. The design project highlights simplistic looks whilst also tapping into elements that are traditional and modern for a juxtaposing visual.

The design nods to architectural structures from the 30s and infuses the interior design with themes from the 70s. The home overlooks captivating views of the ocean and can be seen from the luxe living room that is defined by the MLF sofa and antique rug decor. The atmosphere of the home is warm and to capture this essence, there is a color palette led by olive green, taupe, and cognac. Each room seamlessly transitions into one another.
