The physical version of DEWAR'S ‘Double Double 21 Year-Old Rye Cask Finish’ will be stored securely by BlockBar upon purchase, with a record of authenticity held on the blockchain as a digital certificate of ownership. The bottle owner can "burn the NFT" to redeem the actual bottle and have it shipped from BlockBar's safe storage facility. After redeeming the bottle, consumers can either resell it on the BlockBar.com marketplace, keep it for themselves, or gift it to someone else.
