Avion Tequila & BlockBar Released 100 Extra Añejo NFTs

In partnership with BlockBar, Avion Tequila released a limited number of its newest extra añejo in NFT form. Avion Lucky Liquid is a new expression that began aging in a Mexican cabernet sauvignon cask nine years ago, and according to the brand, it was forgotten in the depths of the cellars. After the expression was rediscovered a decade later, it was reimagined for a new generation of collectors. “By combining blockchain technology with prestige tequila in a limited run of just 100 bottles, we’re captivating the attention of two highly engaged, trailblazing communities,” said Juan Namur, digital director at House of Tequila Pernod Ricard.

Owners of the Lucky Liquid NFT can keep their purchase in a Singapore storage facility or redeem their NFT for a physical bottle. The luxurious bottle features a hexadecimal sequence as a nod to the programming language used to encrypt the Lucky Liquid NFT.
