Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Has a New Cookie Butter Iced Coffee

In an effort to capitalize on the growing demand for flavor-led iced coffee options, Jimmy’s Iced Coffee has just unveiled a new Vietnamese-Inspired Iced Coffee and a new Cookie Butter Iced Coffee.

Designed for those who prefer a sweeter ready-to-drink coffee, both of the new Jimmy's flavors pair smooth Arabica coffee with creamy flavors. The new Vietnamese-Inspired Iced Coffee is also made with whole milk, which gives it a richer, creamier, and thicker texture, and a little bit of sweetness. On the other hand, the new Cookie Butter Iced Coffee features a distinctive cookie dough flavor profile. As the Managing Director of Breakthrough Brands, Russell Goldman, explains, "Vietnamese-inspired iced coffee offers a richer, sweeter take on the single-origin Rainforest Alliance coffee that our shoppers know and love, while our new Cookie Butter flavour brings another layer of indulgence to the range."

Trend Themes

  1. Flavor-led Ready-to-drink Coffee — A market gap for RTD coffees that marry single-origin provenance with dessert-like flavor profiles, providing clear routes to premium differentiation.
  2. Indulgent Creamy Textures — Rising consumer preference for richer, milk-forward iced coffees signals demand for texture-focused formulations and novel milk systems.
  3. Ethnic-inspired Coffee Variants — Adaptation of Vietnamese and other regional coffee traditions into mainstream RTD formats creates opportunities for authenticity-driven product storytelling and sourcing.

Industry Implications

  1. Ready-to-drink Beverage — Shelf-stable beverage producers stand to benefit from indulgent flavor pairings that command higher margins and broaden retail presence.
  2. Dairy and Alternative Milk — Milk suppliers and plant-based milk makers can respond to thicker, creamier iced-coffee trends with concentrated, stabilized, or hybrid milk solutions.
  3. Snack-confectionery Collaboration — Confectionery and bakery brands present licensing and co-branding possibilities by translating iconic cookie and dessert flavors into beverage formats.
