Beau Viva Partners With Gabriele Armani on its Four No And Low

Beau Viva partnered with Paradiso bartender Gabriele Armani to develop a collection of alcohol-free cocktails built around the brand’s sparkling rosé. The collaboration introduces four signature serves—Beau Paloma, Provence Spritz, Viva Botanica and Riviera Rosé—designed to showcase the versatility of Beau Viva’s 0.0% ABV sparkling wine, which is produced from Colombard and Merlot grapes using vacuum distillation.

The recipes combine the sparkling rosé with ingredients such as burnt grapefruit, lavender honey, herb cordials, apple juice, chamomile and wild fennel to create a range of botanical and fruit-forward drinks. The launch forms part of Beau Viva’s broader expansion within the premium no- and low-alcohol category and will be supported by a global digital campaign as well as consumer events planned in London, New York and Provence.

For consumers, the collaboration offers new alcohol-free cocktail options that emphasize flavor, presentation and occasion rather than substitution. The initiative reflects growing demand for premium no-alcohol beverages that deliver a cocktail-style experience while supporting mindful drinking preferences.

Trend Themes

  1. Premium No-and-low Alcohol — Rising consumer demand for upscale 0.0% and low-ABV products creates room for beverage lines that prioritize flavor complexity and occasion-driven positioning rather than mere alcohol substitution.
  2. Cocktail-grade Alcohol-free Mixology — Bartender-driven recipes and bar-quality techniques applied to alcohol-free bases are redefining nonalcoholic drinks as crafted, elevated experiences comparable to traditional cocktails.
  3. Botanical and Functional Flavoring — The use of botanicals, herbs and functional ingredients such as chamomile and lavender introduces opportunities for category differentiation through flavor depth and perceived wellness benefits.

Industry Implications

  1. Beverage Manufacturing — Producers of wine and soft beverages can capitalize on vacuum-distillation and formulation advances to create premium alcohol-free offerings that command higher margins.
  2. Hospitality and Events — Bars, restaurants and experiential events are being reframed by curated alcohol-free menus that enhance inclusivity and extend occasion-driven revenue streams.
  3. Digital Marketing and E-commerce — Online channels and targeted global campaigns are positioned to scale niche premium no- and low-alcohol brands quickly by creating storytelling around provenance and mixology expertise.
