Accessing high-resolution audio has become more important than ever for a wide range of consumers, so the Acoustune ATX001 has been developed to offer a simple, intuitive way to enable it.
The device works by being plugged into the USB-C port on a smartphone where it will go to work offering access to Qualcomm aptX Lossless and LDAC audio. The adapter is powered by the Qualcomm QCC5181 audio chip that will bypass and boost the audio processing capabilities of the smartphone to enable access to advanced audio codecs. This is made possible when the smartphone is paired with a set of headphones that support the audio codecs.
The Acoustune ATX001 also features its own USB-C input to accommodate passthrough charging during audio streaming.
