Social selling experiences have come full circle, with QVC announcing a strategic agreement to host 24/7 live shopping streams featuring QVC Group's brands, products, and talent on TikTok.
Storytelling, personalized recommendations, and dynamic product advocates have supported the rise of live shoppable content on TikTok, and as the originator of live shopping, QVC Group is bringing its lineup of celebrities, hosts, brands and products to this interactive format. "Our agreement will be a catalyst to transform shopping and discovery, not only for QVC Group and TikTok Shop, but also for social shopping at large," said David Rawlinson II, President and CEO, QVC Group, Inc.
QVC launched on TikTok Shop in August 2024 and this new live shopping social experience on TikTok Shop introduces an always-on experience so that shoppers can join live shopping streams on the app anytime.
