21 Frills and Ruffles

At the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, Eva Longoria showed up in a long, ruffled gown which looked like an elegant, yet fierce, swirling silver storm cloud.

Frills and ruffles belong to the chicest looks for the upcoming seasons, from frilly bolero jackets and ruffled handbags to frill-covered furniture.
