When most people get the chance to bypass a YouTube pre-roll ad, 94% of users press the skip button because the ads are either not relevant or not grabby enough within those first five seconds. However, Nail Communications decided to make its entire ad riveting and it actually challenges you not to press the skip button.

The ad is set up with a puppy on one side and the skip button on the other. It's made to seem like the dog will get electrocuted if you dare to press the "Skip Ad" button, and it's definitely attention-grabbing. Amazingly, the ad has a 26% view rate and in the process, it also raises money for charity to bring aid to dogs in need.
