Toyota took a figurative syringe full of fun and injected it into the Yaris to create the Yaris GRMN Turbo. The Yaris GRMN Turbo is essentially a speedier version of the ultra-popular commuter car. In addition to looking fast this Yaris sports a turbocharged four-cylinder engine good for 152 horsepower and 152 lb-ft of torque.

Other performance additions include a sport suspension, a high-performance braking system and 17-inch wheels. A roof spoiler, new front and rear bumpers, a rear diffuser and LED lights help to further differentiate the Yaris GRMN Turbo from the base model. Sport seats and aluminum pedals highlight the interior. Toyota has done a fine job adding a bit of fun to one of its most boring models. However, American drivers won't be able to see what all the fuss is about, as the Yaris GRMN Turbo is only available in Japan. Stats for Speedy Commuter Car Redesigns Trending: Older & Chilly
