McConnell’s Partners with Garrison Brothers for a New Flavor

McConnell's is known for its highly adventurous and at times unexpected ice cream flavors—most recently, the brand launched a delicious whiskey-infused ice cream flavor in collaboration with Garrison Brothers. For those who are not in the know, Garrison Brothers is the oldest legal bourbon distillery in the state of Texas. The ice cream flavor that arose from this collaboration combines the "smooth, sweet, smoky ‘n spicy Texas Straight Bourbon" with "delicious, buttery, salt-roasted ‘n caramel-coated pecans." The base is Central Coast Milk & Cream that McConnell's is known for. Garrison Brothers' bourbon is organic and gourmet-grade. The distillery ages its spirit in White Oak Barrels to achieve "simple perfection."

The Garrison Brothers Whiskey & Pecan Pralines ice cream is available as a limited-edition flavor on McConnell's website.
