This Seasonal Vegan Milkshake Recipe Is Topped With a Salty Peanut Crumble

This vegan milkshake is ideal for people who have dietary restrictions but also enjoy fall flavors. Created by Lily Diamond from Kale & Caramel and featured on the Williams Sonoma website, the recipe is for apple pie milkshakes topped with a salty peanut crumble and maple coconut whipped cream.

Described as "your favorite autumnal dessert swirled into a cool, creamy dream in a glass," the vegan milkshake contains a homemade walnut milk, but you could easily use any non-dairy milk alternative. The apple pie shakes consist of frozen apples, ground vanilla bean (vanilla extract will work too), ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, maple syrup, sea salt and ice. The salt peanut crumble is made up of rolled oats, maple syrup, sea salt, coconut oil and either salted peanuts or almonds.
